Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item.
Prepare Original Packaging
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original manufacturer packaging, as items must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a return.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Once approved, coordinate with our logistics partners for a scheduled pickup or bring the item to your nearest Modani showroom for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
